The company was built for operators who need practical solutions, not only equipment: controlled execution, HSE-ready mobilisation and clear documentation after every job.

BluFlow was founded to make marine surface maintenance more controlled, more measurable and easier to deploy across the region.

Lukasz Soltys

Lukasz brings hands-on experience in building and scaling operational businesses across Europe, with a focus on performance-driven environments, infrastructure operators, transport fleets and industrial clients. His work has increasingly centred on water efficiency, automation, IoT-based monitoring and robotic solutions that reduce resource use and operating cost. In Dubai, he leads BluFlow’s operational development and client-facing execution model.

Piotr Ambicki

Piotr brings more than 25 years of practical GCC experience across subsea cable systems, large telecommunications networks, data-centre technologies and complex regional infrastructure projects. He understands local decision-making, regulatory pathways and long-term partnership building across Gulf markets, helping BluFlow align technology deployment with the operational expectations of Middle Eastern clients.

Nick Borkhataria

Nick supports BluFlow’s commercial development across shipowners, ports, agents, terminal operators and strategic partners. His role is to translate BluFlow’s technical and operational offer into clear client engagement models, from first assessment and pilot cleaning through to framework agreements and fleet-level service programmes.
